This is a Romanian Lower Handguard with a Slotted Cheese-Grater Upper Handguard Combo, both in Very Good Condition.
The Lower Handguard is refinished, and the Upper Handguard has a parkerized finish on it.
There may be signs of wear/use such as slight dents, dings and scratches.
