Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at AKOptions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to do what we can to make things right. You can return the product for a full refund, or exchange the product for another, for up to 15 days from delivery.
A flat rate of $10 per package will be charged. Shipments to AK and HI may have additional shipping charges. All orders are processed and shipped out within one business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We do not ship outside the USA (all fifty states). We do not ship to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Items will ship by USPO unless otherwise specified.
Delivery delays beyond our control can occasionally happen. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.. AKOptions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging or similar adequate packaging. You will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase and RMA number.
Email us for an RMA number (Return Material Authorization). This number helps us track, identify and process your return. Write the RMA number on the outside of your return package, include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip, and return the package within 10 days of the receipt of your RMA number. We will not accept returns without RMA numbers.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within 5 days and notify you of the status of your refund. When the credit is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for the return of the item, unless the problem is the fault of AKOptions. If the return is a result of an AKOptions problem we will refund your shipping costs in addition to the product amount. Otherwise all shipping costs are the customer responsibility.
By law, sales tax must be collected from any party ordering from or shipping to OHIO who does not have a OHIO Reseller Tax Certificate on file with us. We may also collect sales taxes in California and some other locations. Some other states may also require a certificate to be on file.
