This is a Romanian Upper Handguard attached to a gas tube with trench art down the side of it, it is in Fair Condition.
There is some nice Trench Art on the Left hand side of the Handguard reading "ARAD"
Also has four small etchings on the top (picture 4)
May be other signs of wear/use such as dust, dings, dents, and/or scratches.
