This is a Romanian Blonde Lower and Cheese Grater Upper Combo, both in Very Good Condition.
The lower is a bit thicker vertically than a traditional Handguard, and the finish on the cheese grater is still in tact.
There may be other signs of wear/use such as dents, scratches, and dirt.
