This is a Polish AKM Rear Sight Base, it is in Fair Condition.
This product features a 1-10 sight range and a serial number reading "1742". (picture 1 & 2)
There is pitting and finish wear (picture 3) but may also show other signs of wear/use such as dirt, scratches, oil, and more.
