This is a good, serviceable magazine pouch, which is designed to hold 4 30-rounders. In addition there are two small pockets over the fastener on the front of the pouch. I'm not sure what they were designed to hold, but I'm sure they can be used for all sorts of odds-and-ends.
While there is a single belt loop on the back side, I think you would be better off using the shoulder strap. Or maybe that's what the small, front compartments are for? The strap can be undone and tucked into the pockets, but it isn't exactly the ideal arrangement. YMMV.
Note: The 4 star review is because this is a very obviously used item, and most certainly not new-from-factory.
All that having been said, this is a good, serviceable item that will likely last for many years to come.
VG used condition mag pouch/ bag. Some fading as to be expected from a used surplus piece of gear.
It's a good item. No major wear on it, and it seems to be made well.
Very good lightly used. No rips, tears, fraying or stains. Lightly faded and has soldiers initials under the flap.

I bought this a few months ago when they were selling it along with 4 yugo mags. The bag smelled like it had been in a warehouse for years and I couldn't be in the same room as it. I soaked it in laundry detergent for a few days and doesn't smell bad anymore. I got exactly what I payed for.
